Power Supply Even During Extended Downtimes:
The integrated 6.4 Ah emergency battery in the CarPro-Tec Fusion ensures operation for several days - but even it has its limits. If your vehicle does not offer a permanent power supply via USB or 12 V (e.g., because the onboard voltage is only active with the ignition), we recommend using our specially developed CarPro-Tec Power Station. It is precisely tailored to the energy requirements of the CarPro-Tec and, unlike standard power banks, remains permanently active even with low power consumption. This protects the internal battery and enables longer operating times without interruption.
With its 16.0 Ah capacity, the Power Station extends the average operating time of your CarPro-Tec by approximately 2.5 times – ideal for longer trips or downtime without a fixed power connection.
Optionally, you can also connect the Power Station to a USB power source. As soon as power is available, it automatically recharges – perfect for use with solar systems or vehicles with time-controlled power supply.

Battery Life Notes
The battery life of the CarPro-Tec can vary depending on usage, vehicle type, and ambient temperature. When the vehicle is parked, unoccupied (standstill), and the system is activated, the internal 6.4 Ah emergency battery provides a runtime of approximately 2 weeks (with the 4G module in standby mode). During driving or while staying in the vehicle – when the 4G/GPS module is regularly active – the runtime is reduced to about 3–4 days.
- With Power Station (16.0 Ah auxiliary battery): Runtime is extended by approximately 2.5 times.
- At low outside temperatures, the available battery capacity may temporarily decrease.
