Door/window magnetic transmitter Plus for mounting on metal frames - CarPro-Tec

This special magnetic sensor was developed for windows and doors where the radio signal of the usual window/door sensors cannot reach the CarPro-Tec central unit.

Caravan windows and doors often have an aluminum frame for stability. If a wireless magnetic sensor is mounted on the metal frame, the metal frame can sometimes disrupt the radio signal.

This manifests itself in the fact that the radio signal does not trigger an alarm. A slightly different mounting location for the control panel may help to solve the problem.

Alternatively, you can use the TK Plus, which is specifically designed for mounting next to metal frames. The magnetic switch is mounted at the end of the 20 cm cable. This magnetic switch and the magnet are mounted on the frame and window/door as usual.

The wireless transmitter can be mounted in a different location next to the metal frame using the cable. This prevents the radio signal from being scattered and ensures reliable alarm triggering.

Use the TK Plus if you cannot achieve an alarm trigger with conventional door/window magnetic sensors.
